Sean Kelly what are you talking about, Michael? I certainly think Enslaved have plenty more to offer and can improve upon vertebrae, and for ages I actually found it a bit boring and undwerwhelming, but after finally getting into it I realized that it certainly is not a let-down.

Err...how do you decide between a few great records which is "the best"?
If Vertebrae is "undwerwhelming" to you, perhaps seek a problem with your perception, instead of jumping to judgment - moreover, when the record is objectively (as expressed by most listeners) enthralling and dreamlike, "immersing the listener in a flowing dreamstate".
Sometimes I wonder, have some people ever heard of introspection.

Because Below the Lights is still better. Don't get me wrong, though, with a discog like theirs, it pretty much comes down to minute details & a bit of personal preference. Not easy to choose a favorite, but if I have to, its still Below the Lights

People! People! We've been brought together here to show our support for the greatest metal act on Earth...EVER! Can't we all just get along? Also, opinions are like arseholes: everyone has one and they all stink, to quote an old, though very appropriate saying. Humans are already strange enough as they are, do we need to show how ugly human nature can be by arguing at every opportunity? Now, let's all hold hands and be friends :-)
