Hi there all ya HC fans. My name is Srdjan and i`m from Belgrade. I`m playing in a bend IRIE which excist for three years. Few nights ago, i went to a hard core concert in Belgrade, on which played Bulgarian bend Death squad, and i was at first confused and then pretty much angry. They begin to play, and their second song was sounding like something i hae already heard. Guess what, it was a song of my band that was recorded three years ago in a studio in Belgrade, and which you can download from the IRIE`s site www.irie.co.sr . I just couldn`t belive that the bends that are in music that isn`t comercial, and that should have some story in behind all that, can do something like stiling songs. Somehow, to me it looks like youre ``singer`` Azis . Any way, they didnt took whole song, just the main parts of it, and i have started this topic in hope that some of those guys will read this and explain me that i`m so fucking wrong and that all of this is just a fucking coincidenece. I see but I doubt that some of that band's members visits this forum at all. I think you should try to contact the members themselves. Then you can reproach them for stealing your song.

You should visit this forum more often after all. I'd like you to inform me of some your forums in Belgrade and all around.

Yes i would like to say this to them, i just can`t find them enywhere on net, maybe you can help me. About Serbian forums, i know about www.yumetal.net which is kind of metal forum, but also there is a non metal topic an there is www.serbianhardcorepunk.com (or .net i`m not shure).

Здравей на всички. Аз съм китариста на Death Squad. Извинявам се от името на цялата група, но според нас ако тази песен има нещо общо с нашата (Чашата Преля), то е единствено в синкопа на китарите, което е абсолютна случайност! Останалото има толкова общо, колкото Bon Jovi с Trash metal-а и то е, че и в двата стила се свири на китари и барабани! Мога да кажа още, че ние сега разбираме, че существува тази банда, която ни обвинява в плагиатство, което е съвсем неоснователно. Моля всички съмняващи се в мойте думи пака да преслушат и сравнят двете парчета.

П. П. Нека следващият път, когато някой реши. че сме крали от него, просто да дойде и да ни го каже в лицето. RESPECT FOR ALL... Влади.

The Death Squad guys don't even know that you band exists, so all your whining about stealing riffs is humorous. If you play HC you should know that it's not uncommon for certain parts and riffs to sound similar. This whole statement sounds like some rock band's whining so do yourself a favor and quit it... I just heard your band and I don't know why you pretend to be hardcore, all I heard was played out alternative rock crap...

None of us knows that a band called Irie exists! 1. We don't like emo (it's not hardcore, as you wrote), so there is no way that we have heard of your band. 2. I think you are deaf coz there is absolutely nothing in common with the riffs, melodies and music styles! 3. I really wonna know why nobody came to us anfter the gig to talk with us? GFY!!!
