Това може би не е за всеки. Лично аз бях изненадан, че тази група идва от Италия и за моя радост към името им няма добавено ...OF FIRE (lol). Вокалите са добри, акцент почти не се забелязва и е доста "плавен" процеса по слушането на албума.
Подходящи за фенове на Porcupine Tree, No-Man, Blackfield. Но (поне за мен) по-мрачни. Към това добавете и приятно напомнящи Флойдски сола, "ефирни" клавири и прекрасни текстури.

At the start of 2009 the band started recording sessions for the new album, due to release later this year. As you can see from images we'll have a lot of new things coming..a somewhat more unique and original combination of elements, something quite different from Lightdark but still continuing the path started from Sol29. Almost all material for the new album is currently already demoed and while rehearsing with the band, recording sessions are going on.

Lightdark very much picks up from the hit debut album Sol29, in that it's a delicious mix of delicate soundscapes, piercing prog rock guitar solos and delicate vocals (No Man's Tim Bowness vocalises Someone Starts to Fade Away which is a nice touch).

The vocals of Erra actually fit the mood quite well, wich ranges from melancholic to even more melancholic.
Standout tracks: "Kites", "From Silence to Noise"

egarded by critics and fans alike as one of the most interesting up and coming alt/art rock bands in Europe, Lightdark sees the Nosound identity evolve into something even more focused and powerful.

'Lightdark' inventively combines influences from '70s psychedelia, '80s/'90s ambient and contemporary alt/progressive rock.


Recorded in Italy, England and the US throughout 2006 and 2007, the album develops further the promise of debut album 'Sol29' and exhibits a stronger group identity which reveals a greater contrast between atmospheric detail and the walls of sound created by the band on stage.
